1. Does the surface need to be smooth?
Yes, it does need to be smooth. It also needs to have the appropriate type of base paint on it. We want to avoid what is called orange peel walls.

2. How long does it take to dry?
You can write on your "quality" whiteboard paint surface just 48 hours after you have completed it, as opposed to 4-7 days with low-end paints.

3. How soon will paint arrive?
High-end whiteboard paints from a leading brand like Remarkable, ships out no later than the following business day of when the order is placed. So if you place your order on a Monday, it's gonna ship out no later than Tuesday.

4. Does it erase well?
High-end whiteboard paint erases exceptionally well. We just need to make sure that instructions are followed during application.

5. How do you clean whiteboard painted walls?
We recommend using a microfiber cloth for erasing as opposed to your typical dry erase board eraser.

6. Can Remarkable dry erase paint be applied the same way as regular paint?
No. Dry erase paint is a little bit different. Still pretty easy to apply, but it is different.

10. What other base coats will work best with Remarkable dry erase?
